With all of Maddox's plans going awry, and his fans leaving him, you think he would just keep making his podcast and updating his blog instead of going after Dick, who's show would be the same quality as Maddox's, only if Maddox himself didn't give him weeks of material to go off of. However, this message never really got threw to Maddox, as he would soon make the dumbest move in the already retarded slapfight he and dick were in: he filed a lawsuit against Dick, for 360 Million Dollars.
And this, all because he couldn't handle being made fun of by a guy who would've been completely and totally irrelevant, if it weren't for the podcast that he, Maddox, created. However, it wasn't just Dick that Maddox was suing. Maddox was suing Dick Masterson's company Foundation Digital, Asterios Kokkinos and his company Weber Shandwick, and the head of Patreon. Besides utter and complete butthurt over Dick fucking his Girlfriend from all those years ago, Maddox also pulls a bunch of other excuses out of his ass, all because he's utterly and completely butthurt over Dick fucking his Girlfriend from all those years ago.
He insinuate dick in crimes, he didn't do, demands that Weber Shandwick destroy all of thier computers because Asterios apparently tried to troll him from those computers, sewed ED and Kiwifarms for no goddamn reason, claimed the whole incident gave him PTSD, and even called himself retarded. My description of this lawsuit cannot serve it justice, so here's a PDF of the lawsuit. But, alas, Maddox lost in the end, and with him his mental sanity was thrown into the gutter too. With something to now boost his ego with now, Dick now went back to his life, and maddox never got over it...
But that's not the end of maddox's autistic story.
